The WMEF Team to Bowl for Kids’ Sake…Join us!
The WMEF staff has established a bowling team and been petitioning for donations in support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County. “We did not set a fundraising goal” said Michelle Crosby, team captain and Lender at WMEF, “We decided to raise as much as we could for as long as we could, keeping in mind the tremendous value youth development and enrichment organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters provide our community and the enormous challenges they face today.”
As of April 5, 2010, the WMEF team raised $1,355 with the drive to double by game day on Sunday, April 11, 2010. If you would like to support this fundraising event please visit BBBS Bowl for Kids' Sake, you can make a donation through the WMEF team or directly to BBBS of Hampshire County.
What is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?
Bowl for Kids' Sake is about having fun to help kids. It is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hampshire County’s most important fundraising event. Funds raised go directly toward matching children with carefully-screened, caring Big Brother and Big Sister volunteers.
